Let's start with the car analogy...

Think about a vehicle - a lot better, the car of yours. Do you take proper care of it? Did you make an effort to learn about it so you could operate it safely and efficiently and take pleasure in the experience of owning it? Do you like it to run well and at maximum performance? Do you like the body-work to seem good?.. As if it to be trustworthy and feel confident it is going to last providing you own it in condition that is good? What about simply get you from A to B in comfort?.. Do you've it serviced regularly? What about making sure you place the appropriate type of fluids and fuel in it, inflate the tyres, refine the chassis, run it smoothly and regularly within it's potential? Do you Love it?

Now think about the body of yours - Do you're taking great care of yours? Do you hydrate it well, nourish it with all the nutrients it needs. Would you minimize and avoid the things which can adversely affect it? Do you often exercise it? Do you've regular rests and check-ups? Think about a tidy and polish?! Like a top rated supercar, you'll function at the really top level if you look after yourself as best diet pill for menopause ( - ) you can. And so, do you take more interest and better care of the car of yours or the body of yours? From the experience of mine, I think that many people really do!..It may not be the vehicle that prevails. I make this expression frequently in the workshops of mine, talks and workshops and also with the individuals I've the privilege to work with and perform on a 1:1 basis. Putting yourself first, isn't about being selfish or self-centered. On the contrary, if you're taking fantastic care of YOU as a priority, you will be much better prepared - to face what life serves up. You are THE PRIORITY! You'll be a much better human being; parent; brother; sister; friend; neighbour; worker and so forth. You will be more content, less stressed, and be generally more healthy. Here is a suggestion for you... When you're in a loving relationship, produce an agreement to take great care of you for them, and have them to take great care of themselves for you. By taking the right care of you as a priority...

You may likely not turn into an Olympic athlete, although you will optimize your potential.

A good example I usually share to amplify this point is the security instructions you will receive prior to an aircraft taking off. With regard to accompanying a young kid, and in the event of an urgent situation the oxygen masks fall down... do you remember the instruction? That is right, You place YOURS ON FIRST, then the kid of yours. Still in life, lots of folks put their kids first, car, job, wife, husband, hobbies etc. before themselves. What high-quality is the person to the child in case they pass away on that plane because of lack of oxygen?!

As reliable and sophisticated as a lot of cars are these days, they do not even begin to live up to the likely capabilities of your impressive human body. Cars have plenty of gadgets as well as technology including computers, fuel injection, sensors, and perhaps talk to you in case you've satnav.
